I have had the pleasure of working for Percepta for over a year now. As the Receptionist of our Houston site, I am given the ability to connect with our employees one way or another. I consider myself the face of our center by being the welcome committee for our employees and setting the tone for their day. I enjoy being able to provide them with fun incentives and planning events that help boost employee morale. Getting to see the excited behind everything I do for them is the best part of every day. Overall, Percepta is more than just a workplace for me. It’s a place where I can go above, beyond and be appreciated for my efforts.

Percepta opened its Melbourne Australia operations in the early 2000s. Although based across various locations in Melbourne since this time, we have been operating from the Ford Customer Service Division in Campbellfield, Victoria since 2010.
