I joined Percepta as a Customer Service Advisor in 2016. My 6-year journey of working for this wonderful company has granted me vast knowledge and increased exposure, thanks to the highly-skilled and kind managers who supported, motivated, and stood by me. I have learned that the customers are the core of our business and gained significant experience dealing with the most complex and diverse cases.
