I have had the pleasure of working for Percepta for over a year now. As the Receptionist of our Houston site, I am given the ability to connect with our employees one way or another. I consider myself the face of our center by being the welcome committee for our employees and setting the tone for their day. I enjoy being able to provide them with fun incentives and planning events that help boost employee morale. Getting to see the excited behind everything I do for them is the best part of every day. Percepta opened its Asheville location in 2018. At this location, we provide customer support services for two high-end automotive companies, including Jaguar Land Rover. Additionally, we provide customer service support for one of the largest wireless carriers in the United States. We have over 250 employees and an outstanding leadership team that is committed to supporting and empowering them to deliver excellence, day in and day out.
